Tetteh Quaynor is the managing attorney at QLS. Tetteh focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, commercial, tax, and trademarks.
Tetteh Quaynor is the managing attorney at QLS. Tetteh focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, commercial, tax, and trademarks.
Tetteh is passionate about helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas to the world and has helped structure and organize hundreds of early stage companies and acts as general counsel to several companies. He also represents companies in commercial transactions.
Tetteh earned his bachelor’s degree from Howard University, and his juris doctorate from the Howard University School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Human Rights and Globalization law review. Prior to founding QLS, Tetteh practiced law at Washington DC area law firm.
When he is not advising clients or helping build awesome companies, Tetteh can usually be found enjoying a movie with his niece and nephew. He is also a regular volunteer within his church and community.
